What to Expect When You Contact Me

When you reach out through the website contact form or email, I'll respond within 24 hours. We'll then have a brief phone conversation about what's bringing you to therapy and whether we might be a good fit to work together. There's no pressure – this is just a chance for us to get to know each other a little bit.

Online or In-Person?

I offer both in-person sessions in my comfortable Stratford office and secure online sessions for those who prefer the convenience and comfort of meeting from home. Both options provide the same quality care and connection.

Investment in Your Wellbeing

50 min. sessions are $125 never any HST

We work with many Employment Assistance Programs (EAPs) here in Stratford.
